“We got information from the U.S. Marshals out in Philadelphia that a homicide fugitive from Philadelphia was in the Jacksonville area,” says del Rosario.

And police say the suspect was 28-year-old Kayree Reid, wanted for the fatal shooting of a man inside of a Mantua grocery store on November 10th.

Investigators say they found Reid Tuesday evening and when they went to arrest him, he was in the passenger seat of a car, the driver sped off with a baby in the back seat, and a chase ensued.
