News Media Obsessed With Donald Trump
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chris Stigall reviewed the media coverage of Donald Trump's call to ban all Muslims from entering the United States and questioned why they give him so much attention.
He pointed out they are constantly asking him to appear on their shows and wondered if it would be appropriate to impose a Trump black out.
"At what point do news organizations, all of us, just say, okay, we're going to now purposely just ignore him for a while. Can you? Is that responsible? Probably not. I don't know what the balance is exactly. But let's not kid ourselves. These network news people that are looking down their snoots at Donald Trump, they're larding up all of their programming day with him."
