Police said Sees was involved in an off duty, domestic physical altercation with a woman who sustained injuries to her face, including a possible broken nose. Authorities said they were notified by neighbors who heard the incident unfold.

Officer Sees was arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.

He is a 17-year veteran of the Department, assigned to the 15th District.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey has suspended Sees for thirty days with the intent to dismiss.
