PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia Police say a 12-year-old girl who went missing Saturday has been located safe after she arrived at a hospital.

Investigators say Stanaya Blackwell checked herself into Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia at 11 p.m. Sunday.

Blackwell was reported missing Saturday afternoon after she wandered away from a service at the Jubilee Commandment Keepers Church along the 2400 block N. 15th Street.

She suffers from seizures and has short/long-term memory loss issues due to recently having a brain tumor removed.

Police say the young girl appears to be in good condition.
