PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia Police are investigating a home invasion and assault at an apartment complex in Bustleton that took place Saturday afternoon.

Police say a 52 year-old man was forced into his apartment by 4 men and was hit with a pipe.

The victim was taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Police say all that was taken was a prescription bottle of percocets and their investigation is ongoing.
