John Jarboe, director and librettist of ANDY, gives a brief overview:

“We’re telling the story of a little boy who becomes a brand. The journey of a man to a phenomenon. This is not a biopic. You don’t need to look it up on Wikipedia. You’re just going to come and be part of the story Warhol now.”
