COPS: Man Chases, Attacks Woman In Queen Village

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police are searching for a man accused of attacking a woman in Queen Village last month.

Police say around 3 a.m. on July 31, the 28-year-old victim was walking on the 800 block of Passyunk Avenue when the suspect began to chase her.

Authorities say the suspect began to physically assault the victim.

Police say the suspect stole the woman's cell phone before fleeing the area.

Officials describe the man as a black male, 5'7" tall with facial hair.
