Bloomingdale's To Open Outlet Store In Center City This Fall

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A high end department store announced they're opening an Outlet shop in Center City this Fall.
Bloomingdale's is coming to town. The company announcing that they're opening up the outlet at The Shops at Liberty Place at 16th and Chestnut.
This will be the first one of their outlet stores in the Philadelphia area. And when Catherine here in Center City heard about it she was surprised and only thought Bloomingdale's had the full shops like in King of Prussia and Willow Grove.
She says outlet stores have their moments.
"It's hit and miss but I do. I would rather pay less than pay Bloomingdale's prices!"
The store will be nearly 23,000 square feet on the second floor of The Shops and is expected to open in November.
