Study: Periodic Fasting Diets May Slow The Aging Process
LOS ANGELES, Ca. (CBS) – According to a study out of California, a diet could help slow down the aging process.
Researchers are promoting the health benefits of a fasting diet.
According to the study, doctors report periodic, low-calorie fasts, lasting four days, helped slow down the aging process in mice.
The study suggests the fasts also reduced cancer and other medical problems.
