PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — We are just over a week away from the NBA Draft. There are a lot of heavy topics floating around in the form of mock drafts, rumors and speculation. On a much needed lighter note, the Sixers unveiled the NBA Draft cap that their newest member(s) will be wearing on June 25th.

Hopefully the player selected by the Sixers will be in attendance on draft night. It’s a pretty sharp hat that deserves some prime-time exposure.

The new logo is prominently featured on the front of the cap and once more along the bottom of the brim. The NBA logo on the side also works nicely into the design and is conveniently compatible with the Sixers’ color scheme.

My only criticism of the hat, and this is without being able to see the entire cap, is that it does not feature the new “Ballin’ Ben,” logo.

That is certainly a missed opportunity, but you can’t hold it against them too much.

We will all wait to see which prospect will sport that cap first.
