Former Temple Football Player, Adrian Robinson, Dies At 25

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Former Temple defensive lineman and ex-NFL player, Adrian Robinson, died on Saturday, May 16th according to multiple reports. Details were not provided. Robinson was 25-years-old.

Robinson recently signed with the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Prior to that, Robinson tried his luck in NFL bouncing around to multiple teams. Robinson was with the Pittsburgh Steelers (2012), Denver Broncos (2013), San Diego Chargers (2013), the Philadelphia Eagles (2013), the Washington Redskins (2013), and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2014).

Robinson's agency, Symmerty, released the news on their Facebook page Saturday morning.

"It deeply saddens all of us to share with you that Adrian Robinson Jr. passed away last night at the age of 25," the statement read. "Adrian was a beloved father, son, brother, friend and teammate. We ask that you please respect his family's privacy during this difficult time, and especially keep his daughter Avery Marie in your prayers. Thank you for all of your support and consideration.
