Camera Catches Bike Thief In The Act In Northeast Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A neighbor's surveillance camera caught a thief stealing a child's bike in the Wissinoming section of Philadelphia.
It happened Thursday afternoon on the 4200 block of Howell Street.
A woman bought the camera after her children's bikes were stolen, but her camera ended up catching someone stealing her six-year-old neighbor's bike instead.
The video shows a black car pulling up to the home, then a man gets out then steals the child's bike from the porch and drives off.
The video was posted on Facebook to ask for help finding the man who did this.
