Route 611 In Upper Moreland Reopened After Utility Pole Accident

WILLOW GROVE, Pa., (CBS) – Route 611 in Upper Moreland is reopened between Fitzwatertown Road to south of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The road was closed through Tuesday morning due to an accident Monday that downed wires.

All alternates to the Turnpike were jammed on Tuesday morning.

Officials say an accident brought down a utility pole, closing Easton Road in Willow Grove, Montgomery County.

Officials say it happened around 5 p.m. Monday at Easton Road (Route 611) near Knock N Knoll Circle.
