PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – PennDOT says Wednesday’s early morning operation that was scheduled on Interstate 676 West in Philadelphia from 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. was postponed due to wet weather conditions.
Due to this postponement, both I-676 East and I-676 West will be closed and detoured between Broad Street and Interstate 76 on Thursday from 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m.
