Sources: Vehicle Recovered In Southwest Philadelphia Hit-And-Run

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Sources tell CBS 3 Eyewitness News police have recovered a vehicle wanted in connection with a deadly hit-and-run in Southwest Philadelphia.

Police say a four-year-old boy was struck at about 6:30 p.m Monday at the 1600 block of S. 57th Street.

Police say the vehicle fled from the scene.

The boy was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Sources tell CBS 3 Eyewitness News detectives are in contact with the attorney for a possible person of interest.
