Police: Delaware Man Threw Pregnant Woman To The Ground, Kicked Her In The Stomach

MILFORD, Del. (CBS) -- A Delaware man pushed a pregnant woman to the ground during a domestic dispute and kicked her in the stomach, police said.

Olvince Mompremier, 29, has been charged in the incident that occurred on March 9th at a residence in the Valley Run Apartments in Milford.

According to investigators, Mompremier and the 33-year-old female victim were involved in a verbal dispute.

During the dispute, police say Mompremier shoved the pregnant female to the ground and kicked her in the stomach.

The female was taken to Milford Bayhealth Hospital where she was admitted and treated.

Mompremier was charged with Abuse of Pregnant Female 1st Degree.

He was arraigned and is being held on $25,000 cash bond.
