Man Wins Nearly $700K Playing Slot Machine At Atlantic City Casino
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (CBS) – A representative for the Borgata says a Pennsylvania man won a jackpot of nearly $700,000 on Thursday.
John Beatty, of Red Lion, reportedly won the $667,106.32 jackpot while playing a 25 cent, five-line "Monopoly Wheel Luxury Diamonds" slot machine for just two minutes.
Beatty, who is a grocery manager for Giant stores, was celebrating his anniversary with his wife when he won.
He says he'll buy his family a house with the money.
