Dozens Fall Ill At Pa. University
EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa., (CBS) -- More than one hundred students at a Pennsylvania school have become ill.
Tonight, doctors still aren't certain what's causing it.
As of Thursday, 114 students have been sickened at East Stroudsburg University in Monroe County.
Some reportedly suffered stomach pains so severe, they had to be admitted to the hospital.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health tells Eyewitness News they are aware of a number of individuals experiencing gastrointestinal illnesses from the University and they are currently investigating the situation.
