EAST NORRITON, Pa. (CBS) – A Montgomery County man has been arrested for allegedly attempting to have sex with a minor.

In January 2015, detectives became involved in an undercover electronic exchange with the suspect, 54-year-old Kurt Krumpholz.

On Monday, January 19th, communications online resulted in Krumpholz showing up at an East Norriton Friendly’s to meet two boys he believed to be 13- and 14-years-old. Krumpholz’s intent was reportedly to have oral sex with them.

When the two victims Krumpholz was attempting to meet didn’t show up, he left the restaurant and was apprehended by police.

Krumpholz is now facing charges including sex with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.
