It’s a smart way to turn a holiday into a good habit – volunteering your time and effort to improve your community. We’re lucky to have so many beautiful gardens and arboretums in our area, and they depend upon volunteers to do everything from weeding to maintenance to leading tours as guides.

In fact, the Morris Arboretum is currently looking for applicants to join their Guide Training program; a 30-hour course which will take place during 11 days in March where you can learn about plants, the history of the Arboretum, how to lead a tour and more.
