Flyers Turn To Zepp In Net Again Vs. Caps

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After going 3-1-0 on a four game homestand, the Flyers will be on the road tonight as they visit the Washington Capitals.
The Flyers last game was arguably their best of the season as they took it to an excellent Tampa Bay team at the Center on Monday, 7-3. Seven different Flyers scored in that one making like easy for goalie Rob Zepp, who earned his second NHL victory by making 21 saves. Head coach Craig Berube must've liked what he saw out of the 33-year-old rookie in net because Zepp will get another start between the pipes tonight for the Flyers.
Philadelphia is 17-19-7 this season. With 41 points they sit fifth in the Metropolitan Division. Washington is 23-11-8 and with 54 points they are third in the Metropolitan Division.
This will be the second of four meetings between these two teams this season. The Flyers won the first last week in overtime at the Center, 3-2.
Flyers will be without the services of defenseman Braydon Coburn. The team expects him to miss four weeks with a lower body injury.
