LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) — Police are looking for a Pennsylvania man they say beat and strangled a woman after she threw away his heroin.
East Lampeter Township police say 31-year-old Thomas Christopher Fortis fled after the alleged assault around 7 a.m. Monday.

The victim was hospitalized with cuts on her face and mouth and bruises on her neck and arms.
