Another new year, another set of resolutions. But they don’t all have to fall by the wayside.

The Commit app gently nudges you to help you reach your goals – and reminds you just how long you’ve kept them up. That’s not a big help in the first week or so, but once you’ve exercised or avoided pizza for 20 or 30 days, it motivates you to not break the streak.
