PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Connor Barwin was named the NFC defensive player of November on Thursday.
Barwin had 24 tackles, a forced fumble, and six and a half of his 12.5 sacks in the month of November. Barwin’s 12.5 sacks, already a career high, has him tied for second most in the NFL with Elvis Dumervil of the Baltimore Ravens, just one a half sack behind Justin Houston of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Barwin and his 9-3 Eagles host the 8-4 Seahawks on Sunday afternoon.
