The latest incident occurred on Saturday evening. Police in Old Bridge say an undetermined number of men entered a home there, restrained family members and stole cash and jewelry.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey says the home invasion was the fifth in the county over the last several weeks in which the victims were Asian Indians. Three have been committed in Old Bridge, one in South Plainfield and one in Edison.

No arrests have been made, and it isn’t known whether the robberies are related or if any suspects were involved in more than one robbery.
