PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – We just saw our first snowfall of the season, and beginning today it’ll be another first — the ice rink at Dilworth Park opens for the first time.

What better way to celebrate the cold than with a lap around the Rothman Institute Ice Rink in Center City?

It opens at noon today with three hours of free skating. After that, the rink will run seven days a week through the end of February.
