PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A driver has been charged with DUI among charges in the death of a pedestrian in North Philadelphia.

According to investigators, 54-year-old Stuart Moore was in the running lane helping his co-worker back up his truck when he was struck by a car driven by Ronald Manson.

Investigators say Manson remained at the scene.
The 64-year-old Manson was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, Homicide by Vehicle, Homicide by Vehicle While DUI and related offenses.
