What’s a celebration without tacos?

Karen Buch, a registered dietitian with Weis Markets, says a few simple changes will make all the difference.
Some of the things you can do are to fill tacos with lean ground beef or turkey, shredded chicken breast or maybe a flaky white fish, or you can make them meatless. Go with extra firm tofu cubes, soy crumbles or black beans.
Substitute low fat cheese and nonfat plain Greek yogurt on top, using only fresh homemade salsa — it tastes better and will be lower in sodium.
