BENSALEM, Pa., (CBS) – A driver was injured after a car crashed into a building in Bensalem Tuesday evening.

The incident happened at 8:48 p.m. in the 2900 block of Street Road.

After an investigation, police have identified the driver of the vehicle as 30-year-old Michael Didonato.

Witnesses observed Didonato passing westbound traffic while traveling within the center turning lane. His vehicle then attempted to re-enter the inside westbound lane when it appeared he lost control of the car.

Didonato then exited the roadway and came to a stop after making contact with the Our Lady of Fatima building.
