Phillies Open Four Game Set With Braves Behind Hernandez

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After sweeping a weekend series from Miami to get back to .500 (6-6), the Phillies welcome the Atlanta Braves to town for a four game set, starting Monday night.
Phillies completed that sweep of Miami with a 4-3 win on Sunday as Chase Utley continued his hot hitting. His solo home run in the bottom of the 8th snapped a 3-3 tie. Utley is hitting a lusty .500 this season (20-40) with 3 home runs and 10 runs batted in.
Roberto Hernandez will make his third start on the mound. The right-hander is 1-0 with a 4.35 ERA in 10.1 IP. This will be just his second career start against Atlanta. The first came in 2007, a 5-2 win while he was with Cleveland. he went 7 innings that night, allowing just two runs.
The 8-4 Braves counter on the mound with right-hander Ervin Santana. He pitched 8 shutout innings in his season debut last week against the Mets.
