Police: Camden Couple Sold Drugs With Child In Car

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say a Camden school crossing guard and a male acquaintance brought their infant child with them when they sold crack cocaine to undercover officers.

Authorities say 28-year-old Tenielle Fenderson and 31-year-old Henry Jones Jr. are each charged with drug possession and distribution charges. Besides serving as a crossing guard, Fenderson is in training to be a 911 dispatcher for Camden.

The two Camden residents also face child endangerment charges.

Authorities say the couple's 5-week-old child was with them in the car when they were arrested in Winslow Township. Fenderson also is accused of bringing her nine-year-old daughter during a previous drug sale.

Bail is set at $10,000 cash each for Fenderson and Jones. It's not known if either has retained an attorney.
