Police Investigate 2 Indecent Exposure Incidents On Same Block In Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del., (CBS) – Police are investigating two indecent exposure incidents reported on the same block in Wilmington.

The incidents were both reported on the 1400 block of St. Elizabeth Street.

Wilmington police say officers responded at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night to a 911 call for a suspicious person. A resident told police she saw a man masturbating as he looked through a neighbor's window. Police say the suspect fled after the resident started banging on the window.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 30 to 45-years-old and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt carrying a black backpack.

On August 10th, police say officers responded at about 11:30 p.m. in reference to a 911 call for a complaint of indecent exposure. According to police, officers learned that a man exposed his genitals to a resident after she responded to a knock on her door.

The suspect is described as a Black male, with a dark complexion, short curly hair, and an average build.  He was last seen wearing a black shirt and camouflage shorts.

Police say detectives have not yet determined if the suspects in both incidents are the same.
