Troy Vincent Jr. Commits To Penn State

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Troy Vincent Jr., who played his high school football in Baltimore, committed to play college football at Penn State.

Vincent, son of the former Eagles great of the same name, picked Penn State over Pitt and West Virginia. Vincent plays the same position as his father, cornerback.

Scout.com rates Vincent as a four star recruit, and the 33rd best prospect in the country.
