The incident happened at about 7:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Eagle Road in Radnor Township.
Chopper 3 HD was over the scene.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say Pratt attended Episcopal Academy and was a member of the rowing team. He was supposed to compete in Friday’s Stotesbury Regatta.
