PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Ten blocks in the heart of Philadelphia will be turned into a canvas reflecting a crisis in America.

The artist and mastermind of the concept Peter Quinn, a professor at Montgomery County Community College, explains the project to KYW Newsradio.

The public is invited to help complete the art work which will begin next Saturday morning.

The NRA was invited to the taping for reaction, but there was no response.
