Father, Son Arrested On Child Porn Charges In Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – Officials have announced that a father and son have been arrested and charged with the distribution of child pornography.

According to police, on March 20, 2013, 33-year-old Jason A. Kocinecm, of Blades, Delaware, was arrested after detectives seized multiple computers, cell phones and digital storage devices found to contain multiple files of child pornography.

Police say the father of Jason, 61-year-old James Kocinec, was also taken in for questioning on the same day, but released.
Investigators confirm that as a result of further investigation that uncovered more child pornagraphy, James was taken into custody on April 12, 2013.

Jason Kocinec was charged with 15 counts of dealing in child pornography and held on $300,000 secured bail.

James Kocinec was charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography and released on $1.5 million unsecured bail.
