Camden Police Investigate 2 Separate Fatal Shootings

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) – Police are asking for the public's assistance in finding the suspects responsible for two separate murders that occurred in Camden County Tuesday.

Police say the first incident happened around 7 p.m. on the 1200 block of Octagon Road in Camden, New Jersey.

According to officials, 19-year-old Sherron Coleman was found on the street with multiple shot wounds. He was pronounced dead shortly after.

The second incident occurred at 27th Street and Arthur Avenue around 10 p.m. in Camden.

Police say Anibal Torres was found in the driver's side of a Honda Accord with multiple shot wounds. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 10:24 p.m.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 856-225-8653 about the murder of Sherron Coleman, 856-225-8682 in reference to the murder of Torress, or 856-757-7420.
