Upper Darby Cops Fear That Accused Boy-Tickler May Have More Victims

By John McDevitt

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS) -- An Upper Darby man remained in jail after being arrested for allegedly luring a 12-year-old boy and tickling the child's feet.

Police say 63-year-old P. Simon Jamrozik, of the unit block of Lamport Road, was arrested Monday for allegedly luring a 12-year-old boy into his house, forcing him to take off his shoes and socks, spraying the boy with anti-fungal foot spray, then tickling the boy's feet while performing a lewd act on himself.

The boy told his father, and police were called.

Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says photographs of other boys displaying their feet were discovered.

"It's predatory in nature," Chitwood tells KYW Newsradio. "This guy is sick. I mean, obviously he has some type of fetish with these young boys, and my concern is how much further this has gone, and are there any more victims out there that we should be talking to."

Jamrozik was not immediately able to post the required 10 percent of his $75,000 bail. He is facing a list of charges including luring a child, indecent assault, corruption of the morals of a minor and unlawful restraint.
