D’Orazio started in place of McCollum.
McCollum, who leads the nation in scoring at 25.7 points per game, fractured the fifth metatarsal in his left foot in the first half of the Mountain Hawks’ Jan. 5 matchup with Virginia Commonwealth, which the Rams won 59-55.
The senior underwent successful surgery on his foot Tuesday morning and is expected to miss 8-10 weeks.
“I’m looking forward to treatment and recovery, and then coming back stronger than I left.” said McCollum.MORE NEWS: At Least 3 People Shot, Killed In Violent Thursday Night In Philadelphia
