Surveillance Video Released Of 74-Year-Old Woman Being Robbed In Germantown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating a robbery that took place in Germantown on Tuesday.
Surveillance video shows two unknown males following a 74-year-old woman through the parking lot of Pathmark, located at 176 West Chelten Avenue, police say.
Allegedly, one of the suspects grabbed the victim's purse and both fled the scene on foot.

Police say one of the suspects was seen on surveillance video at the same location hours before the robbery.
The suspects have been described as black males between the ages of 16-18. The first suspect has a light complexion and was wearing khaki pants, a red hooded sweatshirt, dark jacket and a dark bookbag. The second suspect has a dark complexion and was wearing khaki pants and a dark pull-over sweater with brown on the shoulders.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or 215-686-TIPS (8477).
