Sabrina's Offers Special 'Hair Metal' Brunch

By Chelsea Karnash

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Have an "Appetite for Destruction"? One Philadelphia restaurant is giving you an excuse to recycle that old Guns n' Roses shirt from the rag pile and indulge.

Sabrina's, a beloved Philadelphia brunch spot with locations in Fairmount, the Italian Market and Powelton Village, is offering a special "Hair Metal Brunch" all this week, through July 6th.

The 80's-themed menu is available at each of the restaurant's locations and includes massive portions of items like the "Pour Some Sugar On Me" French Toast (challah French toast stuffed with gut-busting cream cheese, pink lemonade preserves, vanilla wafers, fresh strawberries and toasted almonds and drizzled with raspberry-orange syrup) and Bon Jovi's "Runaway" Breakfast Sandwich (scrambled eggs with mozzarella, caramelized balsamic bell peppers, caramelized onions, sausage, fennel and red pepper mayo on Sarcone's bread). Expect some actual hair metal playing in the background for ambiance, too.

So grab your (motley) crew and head over, but make sure to leave those throwback too-tight black jeans at home—you might not be able to button them after this meal!
