Suspect In Slaying Outside Philadelphia Restaurant Arrested

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police say a man being sought in a shooting death outside a Philadelphia restaurant earlier this month has been arrested in Texas.

A police spokeswoman said 22-year-old Steven Miller was apprehended Tuesday by federal marshals without incident.

He will be extradited back to Philadelphia to face murder charges in the June 11 shooting outside the PYT restaurant and bar in the city's Northern Liberties neighborhood.

Authorities said 24-year-old Maurice Kimble of Upper Darby and another man were arguing inside the restaurant shortly after midnight. They said the dispute continued outside and Kimble was shot at least three times in the neck and chest and died of his injuries.
