Fire Breaks Out Inside Rowhome In Fishtown

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Fire officials are investigating the cause of fire that broke out inside a rowhome in Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

The fire started at about 4:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of E. Thompson Street in the city's Fishtown section.

Firefighters were able to place the fire under control in approximately 20 minutes.

Authorities say there were no occupants inside the home at the time of the fire and there were no reports of any injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
