3 Taken To HUP After Shooting In West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are investigating a triple shooting in West Philadelphia Thursday night.

The shooting happened at about 8:30 p.m. in the 5400 block of Sharswood Street.

Police say a 22-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the forehead and in the leg. A second man is in stable condition after he was reportedly shot once in the arm and once in the thigh. The third victim is also in stable condition after he was shot in the arm and leg. All of the victims were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

There is no word on a suspect or a motive. The investigation is ongoing.
