PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE – FuelSmart.
As gas prices continue to rise, a few cents at the pump can add up pretty quickly. FuelSmart uses gas price databases to show you current prices at stations near you. That's a bit different than other apps that rely on user input and may be out of date.
It's a free app, but after the first month, you'll have to pay $3 for a one-year membership. These days, you can make that back in one or two fill-ups.
