Fatal Accident On I-95 South In Philadelphia Shuts Down Highway
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Interstate 95 southbound was closed near the Betsy Ross Bridge exit due to a fatal accident, involving a car and a tractor trailer.
No details so far police have not released the identity of the victim.
The investigation shut down all southbound lanes of I-95 after the Betsy Ross Bridge at approximately 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
Drivers were forced off I-95 and let back on at the next entrance.
Traffic delays are expected throughout the morning.
