Joseph Salterelli's Acura was spray painted with 'wreck locals,' it was keyed, two tires were slashed and his windshield smashed.

"I priced the windshield it was $350. I haven't gotten it done because I don't have the money right now," Salterelli said.

Salterelli's car was parked just outside his home on the 2000 block of south etting street in point breeze.

We showed Salaterelli the video posted on YouTube.

"They're thugs. They need something to do. Somebody's got to get them off the street before they get someone else," Salterelli said.
