The Food Network’s Marc Summers and Chef David LaForce, of Stephen Starr’s El Vez, stopped by Talk Philly to talk about Marc’s favorite restaurants, and to “wow” Pat & Ukee with some delicious Mexican food.

1 Serving Feeds 3-5

3 Haas avocados
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. plum tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1 ½ tbsp. red onion, diced
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. green jalapenos (roasted, seeded and diced)
4 tbsp. EVOO
Salt, to taste

Cut the avocados in half and remove the skin and seed. Mash with fork until almost smooth (leave slightly chunky). Add all other ingredients and fold together. Season with salt.
