PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Phillies today announced a host of roster moves.

To take his place on the roster, righthander Scott Mathieson is being brough back from AAA Lehigh Valley.
Also some good injury news: backup catcher Brian Schneider has been activated off the DL. He had been out for more than a month with a hamstring injury.
