Home Video Report: This Week's New DVD Releases Fail To Inspire
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Some rather insignificant movies on this week's home video list...
Battle: Los Angeles is an action thriller dealing with the defense of the city against any alien invasion. Aaron Eckhart plays a Marine hero in what a few critic have termed a "forgettable" feature.
Red Riding Hood (photo) is another fairy tale that looks impressive but but really has little to write home about.
Kill The Irishman is a "down and dirty tale" dealing with the Cleveland mafia. Christopher Walken and Val Kilmer are featured.
If the aforementioned fail to impress you, there's still "The Best of The Dean Martin Variety Show" -- six disks highlighting the long-running show hosted by the famed entertainer and featuring almost every big-name guest you can think of.
